Challuabamba, known for its pleasant climate and striking natural landscapes, provides an idyllic backdrop for modern residential architecture that seeks to establish a seamless dialogue between built structures and the surrounding environment. The site chosen for Casa PM benefits from distinct natural orientations, offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the northern mountain ranges while flanking a small, tranquil ravine along its eastern boundary. This dual relationship with the landscape\u2014characterized by distant, majestic mountain vistas on one side and intimate, localized topography on the other\u2014forms the foundational framework for the architectural layout and spatial sequencing developed by Feliu Vega Kennedy Arquitectura.<\/p>\n
